I've read a few conflicting posts on how much yeast to pitch for a half-batch.
I'm making 2 half-batches of Apfelwein, using different apple juices (side-by-side compare).
I've read that I should pitch a full packet into my half-batch, and that I shouldn't exceed half the yeast.
So... what do i do?
I have like 5 packets of 1118 in my fridge, so no biggie to use more.
