Developing an recipe for haus ale.
Been brewing a couple months, dont know what to call this beer, but here is what I have been doing.
9 lbs of domestic two row
1 lbs of munich
2lbs of minute rice
1.5 oz hops for 60 minutes.
.5 oz at boil out.
Safeale cal ale yeast.
For hops i am useing kent goldings.
Today I am dropping the minute rice, and adding .5 lbs 20l crystal.
I am force carbing and serving through a sanyo kegerator. Still on my first two kegs, one o sthe recipe above, and the second is a wheat. Both are light colored, but have a little bite. Very crisp and refreshing tasting to me.
