Default Mid west irish red FG question

Only my second all grain brew. Nailed my targets for mash and efficiency. SG 1.048, FG 1.010 after 7 days and just put it into secondary.

Midwest FG says 1.014-018. New, so don't really know what lower than target FG means, and if I should get the secondary into cold immediately too let it condition - not sure if I should just leave it at 64f in secondary for 2-3 weeks before kegging it at 38F.

Leaving it at the temps you have it will be fine. I bottled a batch of this on 12/20 and look forward to it being done soon.
