any time! i'm always looking for recipes, i have about a 1000 of them and always looking for more. next year i'm kicking my brewing up a notch. i'm going to be brewing about 2-3 times a month. i collect the recipes so i never have to wonder what to brew, i just have to figure out which one to brew!!
