Tasting Notes: Clean and Crisp. Citrus bite on the tongue with hop flavors.

11 lbs - US Pale Malt 2-Row
01 lbs - White Wheat Malt
02 oz - Hallertauer (Pellets) @ 60 mins
02 - Medium Lemon Zests @ 15 mins
02 - Medium Lemon Juices @ 15 mins
02 tsp - Rosemary @ 15 mins
.5 tsp - Irish Moss @ 10 mins
1 pkg - California Ale WLP001

8 oz - Corn Sugar for bottle priming (I like it super carb'd).

Mash at 156*F with 3.8 gallons for 45 mins, sparge at 168*F with 3.9 gallons. Now the volumes you dont have to get perfect, I just rough guess and call it good with 8 gallons of Kroger Arizona Spring Water.

Very simple brew, with good simple flavors. Nice and bubbly with great head retention, make sure to poor at a soft angle since we are purposely over carbing.

Money Shot - Only had a huge mug and one bottle didn't even come close to filling it, but beer always tastes better in a huge mug.

Enjoy.
