15 lbs Munich Malt
2 lbs Special Roast Malt
2 lbs Chocolate Malt
1 lbs Flaked Oats

.75 oz Warrior hops 60 mins
.50 oz Millennium 30 mins
.25 oz Horizon 15 mins

2 oz bakers chocolate
5 roasted Poblano Peppers
1.5 cups roasted Pecans
4 sticks of Cinnamon (or just skip the cinnamon step and make candied pecans instead.( You get cinnamon anyway.))

Wyeast 1332 NorthWest Ale
