Tried the first bottle of my RIS last night!

Tried the first bottle of my RIS last night. it has only been in bottles for two weeks after sitting in the secondary for two months. (I can never wait to try the first one) Still only about half way carbonated with no head, but DAMN! I did an excellent job!

I'll probably have a few on Xmas (3-1/2 wk mark) but after that they shall sit for a while longer to properly age. Just thought I'd share my good fortunes:rockin:

Put some away and try them in 6 months to a year. They usually get better with age.
