hello, im going to be making a belgian ipa today, and was wondering what hops would work well with the style. i have 2oz of nelson sauvin, 2oz aust galaxy, 2oz centennial, and about 6-8oz of cascade. ive heard people say that the fruitier hops dont pair well with the belgian yeasts. im using wyeast 3522 (ardennes). all suggestions are appreciated.

9lbs colorado 2 row
2lbs weyermann caramunich 1
8oz crystal 40l
wyeast 3522 yeast

Ardennes is pretty dry and subtle, so that gives a more neutral palette to work with than some belgian yeasts. I think as long as you stay in the citrus vein, you'll be fine. I'd probably skip the centennial, but the others would be great.

For the base malts, that is a lot of caramunich. IMO, regular munich would be much more appropriate.
