Yeah, 4-7 days before racking and bottling. But I'll be dry hopping this batch. Does that matter?
In other words, should I just add the fining agent a week before bottling (i.e., along with my dry hop charge), or should I add it in, wait a week, and then dry hop?
Or does it just not matter?
