Hey guys,

I've got a few jars of yeast in the fridge that need to be used and I thought y'all might be able to help me decide what to brew with them!

I'm looking for an all grain kit to order online with a grain bill around 12 lbs. or less that suggests using Wyeast British Ale II or American Ale II
(as in a kit that uses one or another kit that uses the other)

...I'm thinking something brown and malty, nothing too bitter (to keep swmbo happy, she don't like hoppy brew)

I typically use Midwest, AHS, or NB to order my kits but I'm open to trying new places.

Thoughts??

I've heard good things about NB's Caribou Slobber kit that seems to roughly fit your parameters.

Hey, those both sound great!

Thanks for the input

...man, I miss that brewsaver shipping
