Brewed this (popular recipe) Friday. Only got 58% efficiency, had a thermometer issue that I realized too late and ended up mashing around 148 I think. Still a 1.066 OG so will be a great beer. Fermenting like mad with the 2L starter of Denny's fav 50 yeast. Really looking forward to this one.
