Brewed this (popular recipe) Friday. Only got 58% efficiency, had a thermometer issue that I realized too late and ended up mashing around 148 I think. Still a 1.066 OG so will be a great beer. Fermenting like mad with the 2L starter of Denny's fav 50 yeast. Really looking forward to this one.
On Deck: ?
Secondary: Cucumber Kolsch
On tap: Czech Pils, Munich Dunkel, Petite Saison D'Ete
Bottled: Wee Heavy, RIS - Bourbon/Oak aged, RIS - Port Wine/Oak aged

It is a tasty beer. I'm sure you'll love it, especially with the WY1450. Great yeast.
I can't be arsed to keep up this list of what's in the fermenters, but hey, check out the cool brewery I own! .. ..
