Just put up my last 5 gallons for the year. (I think) The cider mill is going to close next week so I'm probly done. Got my last batch for 4$ a gallon!!
This year I'm working at keeping a real slow fermentation, kind of like the the old barrel cider or farm cider that left out during the winter months. It has been dropping about .008 a week and so far taste great.

4$$$$$$$. Wish i could find that? Why do you want it so slow?
