Well, don't turn them over! That "crud" is the remants of yeast that carbonated the beer. So, next beer, put it in the fridge overnight. And then pour it gently into the glass, and leave the last 1"4" inch of beer which contains the sediment. Then just rinse the bottle out, and turn it upside down for next time!
