What did you brew?
Thanks. I think you're right. I've been trying to go over every cleaning step(in my head) and I'm 89% sure that I rinsed all the OxiClean off of everything. I was a little foggy while brewing last night (pain medication). I made a big mess in the kitchen.
This morning, I put some Oxiclean in my sink and made bubbles. They look a little different than the suds that were in my bucket.
I brewed a Porter.
My LHBS was out of Choc Malt. So, I had to go with Pale Choc Malt.
I misplace my ingredients list.
I think this is what it is
1lbs Corn Sugar
.75lbs Pale Choc Malt
.5lbs or .75lbs Crystal 75
.25 Brown Malt
.25 Black Patent
1oz East Kent Goldings @ 60min
.5oz East Kent Goldings @ 30min
