I am used to delayed starts but never prolonged fermentation. I had active fermentation within 6 hours of adding yeast starter. Went strong for 4 days. Now at day 11, I still get a bubble every 12 secs. What should I do? I want to dump the trub out of my conical.
1st Brew: Black IPA

3rd Brew: Pliny the Elder Clone
4th Brew: Dogfish Head 90min IPA Clone
