chad yakobson from crooked stave here in denver.


edit: if you guys haven't checked crooked stave out yet, you should. chad is putting out some great beers. we here in denver are lucky to have the tasting room so close. he has put out some killer blends on tap.

Agreed. He makes great stuff and is a smart guy who is very forthcoming with regards to his techniques and brewing philosophies. A great resource for the community as a whole.

Was out there for GABF, could not find a single bottle of CS anywhere, managed to score some Pliny but no CS and only 2 different Funkwerks, even looked in Ft. Collins. Great info. though from Chad! I did grab the 2 bottles of Crabtree Berliner while in the area, really nice beer, wish we had those kind of options in Iowa!
