This Beer is classified an American Double Stout. It is an attempt at the Beer Geek Brunch Weasel by Mikkeller which is aged in wet oak cognac barrels so it has notes of Oak and noticeable presence of cognac. The cognac and oak dominate the aroma profile as well. this is my attempt at an extract clone. I'll probably brew this after xmas and condition it into next fall. Let me know what you guys think!
