So here is what I'm thinking for my next brew:
9# Pale Malt
1# Oats, Flaked
1# Crystal 120
1.5oz East Kent @ 60min
I'm planning to also add vanilla beans and cocoa powder but haven't settled on the timing.
Also considering adding lactose (1/2pound?) to really get that sweet and creamy stout.
Kegged: Rye Whiskey Rebel Porter, Pumpkin Ale
Bottled: Brown IPA
Primary: Hoptober's Revenge
Next up: Chocolate Milk Stout
