Pretty sure Founders Breakfast Stout wasn't allowed in the state for a while too. They aren't a fan of babies on beer bottles. I lived there for a handful of years and yeah the laws suck but there are some seriously budding breweries there.

Wow! Old news is so exciting! (This happened in 2009, yall).

Censorship is everywhere- so silly. DFH's Golden Shower, Velvet Merkin (that one might have been internally censored, though). Too bad.
I can't be arsed to keep up this list of what's in the fermenters, but hey, check out the cool brewery I own!

Unreal. A bunch of hayseeds working for the government down there decide that this wine label is immoral. I'd say it's almost as immoral as trying to buy alcohol on a Sunday - that's a surefire ticket to hell! But not on any other day of the week, of course.

Well, first of all, you have not been banned in Alabama and neither has your avatar except for the purpose of labeling on alcoholic beverages. Since then Cyclesgladiator has clad the nymph in a toga and is no longer banned.

"Cycles Gladiator is also now available in Alabama. The ABC Board's licensing director, Darick Wilson, said the winery changed the label to add a toga to the nymph last year and got to permission to sell in the state.

Also, the ban on beer with "bastard" in the name has also been lifted.
As they say in the "Taproom", Please keep up....

You fellas didn't live in the "defining" age of art! Art today is a porno for our kids, think about it.

Besides, pasty skin came from art.
