Yeast Starter: No   
Batch Size (Gallons): 10   
Original Gravity: 1.085   
Final Gravity: 1.020   
IBU: 104.8   
Boiling Time (Minutes): 90   
Color: 8.0   
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7   
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14   
Tasting Notes: Wonderfully citrusy, and bitter. Just like the tears of a bitter man should be!   



Grain Bill
  • 20lbs Maris Otter
  • 14lbs 2Row
  • 3lbs Cara-Pils/Dextrine
  • 3lbs Rye Malt

Hops
  • 2ozs Chinook (leaf) - 90 mins
  • 1.5ozs Chinook (leaf) - 75 mins
  • 1.5ozs Centennial (leaf) - 60 mins
  • 1.5ozs Centennial (leaf) - 45 mins
  • 1.5ozs Cascade (leaf) - 30 mins
  • 1.5ozs Cascade (leaf) - 15mins
  • .5ozs each of Chinook, Centennial, Cascade (leaf) - 0 mins
  • Dry Hop - 2ozs Cascade (pellet) - 14 days
