Has anyone ever made bottle conditioned soda that didn't gush out when opened? I make a ginger ale that eeryone loves, but every single bottle gushes 1/2 the bottle out if not vented every couple seconds for 15 - 20 minutes.
I have a brewing buddy who says he could never get it right, and that's why he kegs all his sodas now.
