I reuse the "good" bags, but not the ultra-cheap cheesecloth types.

To reuse, turn them inside out and rinse well. Then put them in the washer with your laundry, or in the top rack of the dishwasher.

I reuse mine. They are the first things I clean at the end of brew day. It's a good idea to save at least a couple for emergencies. I accidentally tore one one time and had to use the one from my previous batch. As Yooper commented, I just turn the bags inside out and soap and rinse them out really well.

I've also done a couple of BIAB batches using the 5 gallon paint strainer bags. If the one gallon versions are made of the same material as the 5, then I'll like them better than the muslin bags from Northern Brewer as they will be more robust and easier to clean.

I use mostly nylon bags for my hops and miscellaneous additions. They are easy to clean. I don't see why you can't reuse them if it is worth your time to clean them. I wouldnt get paranoid about a stray particle left; they are used preboil and during boil so sterility isn't really much of an issue with them.

my issue with the bags I've used before is they tend to be falling apart and unraveling by the time I'm done with them. Not a great candidate for reuse at that point.
