Grain Bill
12.6# Gambrinus 2-Row 1.8-2.8L
.4# Black Malt 500L
1# Roast Barley 300L
.75 Crystal Rye (Thomas fawcet)
.76 Crystal Malt 120L
.5 Chocolate 350L (Briess)
1# Flaked Barley

2 oz Galena 60 minutes
1 oz Columbus
1 oz Northern Brewer

I've been drinking this for a week it's delicious. I left it in a secondary for about six weeks.
