I really want to brew some beer for comps. I think hey I'll brew a cream ale & end up with this.
First batches of Riverbend Pils (70%) and Oat (10%) malts, Virginia Grourdseed corn (20%) boiling on the stove. Probably toss some sugar in. 1oz Crystal @ 60, 30, 15, 0. WY2565. Hopefully I'll get some brett in the mail tomorrow and pitch some of that, too.
