Default co2 manifold

I bought the 2 faucet fridge conversion kit from keg connection on bf. Can I take the two port manifold and use the end that is capped off for another valve to make it a 3 port?

I have the same one and wouldn't understand why not? Just see if a 1/4" Valve will fit in there.
