Any thoughts on this. The left picture was taken one week prior to the right. The beer is served on tap. It was very enjoyable with some bite at the end. Then it went clear and lost all of its character. Partial boil. Cascade hops. Alexander lite extract.

Just a stab at it, but what pressure is the beer stored at and served at?

Low psi. It was originally a bit over carved. The clear beer was the last 5-10 beers.

About 8 psi. 40 degrees is my guess. Not 100% sure on temp

I enjoy this table, and it seems that you might be undercarbing a tad bit. I'd switch it up to 10psi or so, and see what becomes of the beer then. That second pic is right after you poured?

Carbonic acid (caused by carbonation) does bring out bitterness in beer.

How long at 40˚? I refrigerate my bottled beer for a week prior to serving and they pour crystal clear like the photo on the right.

Yep. The character you tasted was yeast and maybe other suspended particles. They cold has forced suspended particles to the bottom.

What you taste now is your Alexander Lite. If you were looking for character, a beer with "Lite" in the name is the wrong choice.
