Your better off getting a Tap-rite ,Cornelius, Norgren, Micro-matic, when it needs to be rebuilt parts a easy to find save a dollar now buy a new regulator in the future.

Good point about the replacement parts. The commercial grade one (single barb version) seemed to have better reviews than the taprite which was more of my reason for mentioning it. I was planning to buy the commercial one myself, but now I'll think that over.

Thanks for all of this solid advice, right now the price for my a two tap kegerator (minus the secondary corny keg and lines for it) is right at $325. I really wish the price of regulators and the tower was cheaper, but all my searches have brought up nothing.

Regs on e-bay/ CL or a lot cheaper I picked up two Tap-rite 740's for 20$ two rebuild kits 12$ 32$ for 2 regs takes me to a total of 10regs total cost under 240$ + I have a couple of spare rebuild kits for Justin Case.
