American Blonde Ale extract kit
In fermenter for 3 weeks and 2 weeks in the bottle. Had one last week and it was low on carbination and tasted like it needed salt. Well one week later, the only thing changed was the carbination. It's there alright but the flavor of the beer is weak. I did add a dash of sea salt to bring out the flavors and it did help some. So, that all being said, what do I do? Just leave it alone for another week or two? I'm going to have a couple tonight to see if I get a buzz. Plan was to give most of it away. I'll take abunch into work tomorrow and see how the guys like it.
