Recipe Type: Extract   
Yeast: S-05   
Yeast Starter: No   
Batch Size (Gallons): 5   
Original Gravity: 1.057   
Final Gravity: 1.010   
IBU: 57.55   
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60   
Color: 5.99   
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7-10   
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14   
Tasting Notes: Very simple session ale. The Citra and Amarillo play off each other well.   

3# Extra Light DME
3# Light LME
1# Wheat DME

1oz Citra @ 60min
1oz Amarillo @ 15min
1tsp Gypsom @ 15min
1 Whirfloc Tablet @ 15min

Put 3 Gallons of H20 in Freezer or Outside to get Cold.
Bring another 3 Gallons of H2O to boil.
Turn heat off and add Extract.
Bring wort back to boil.
Add hops & misc ingredients according to schedule.
Add 2 Gallons Cold water to Carboy (Betterbottle or Bucket is best)
Add Wort to Cold Water
Top Off with remainder Cold Water.
Shake to Aerate or add O2 to carboy
Pitch Yeast and shake again

Follow Fermentation schedule and drink and be merry! Can keg after primary fermentation to drink sooner.
