I recently bottled my Carribou Slobber but have yet to taste it as it's conditioning. I am about to start the NB Nut Brown Ale Extract Kit with Specialty grains. Would anyone suggest any additions to their recipe based on personal experience? It's essentially just specialty grains, LME, and 1 oz. of Fuggles @ 60 min. The ABV should be in the 4.3% range. I wasn't sure if I should bump the ABV in any way or Hops.
