Default FirstTimer

Hey everyone,

First time home brewer here. Got inspired by my buddies home brew while in Scotland.

Making the Coopers English bitter with 1lbs of Amber DME, 1lbs corn sugar, and 1/2 lb of dark brown sugar. Second day fermenting so we will see how it goes. I'm so excited!!

Anyway, just wanted to say HI.

It;ll be a hair drier with a pound & a half of sugar,but still pretty good. I used their 500g box of light DME & an ounce of German Haulertaur in mine. Good with pit bbq.
