Default First batch of cork & cage!

Wahoo! Bottled up my first batch of corked beers last night, a biere de garde. I'm a bit of a deviant in that I already enjoy bottling, but finally putting a cork back in a bottle after years of taking them out is great. It was easier than I thought, but enough of a process to hopefully keep me from opening bottles faster than I can build up the cellar.

The only thing worse than dumping beer is serving beer you should have dumped.
