I found this on the Midwest Supplies webpage. The yeast that came with your autumn amber ale is Munton and Fison Ale Yeast. I know because I brewed the same kit tonight and had the same question as you. See below:

Munton and Fison Ale Yeast (6 grams): Muntons Yeast has very hardy characteristics and will tolerate a wide range of temperature variations during fermentation. The recommend fermentation temperature range is 64-70F. For recipes with ingredients consisting of sugar as a source of fermentables, this yeast is very acceptable.
