Default New Brewery using Clarity Ferm

Well, it finally happened (at least around here, one might very well exist in other places)

A new brewery, Brewery Rickoli, opened up in a Denver suburb that uses clarity ferm in all their beers that don't contain wheat, and advertises them as "gluten reduced". There's an article on it here; and you can see their website here. I obviously haven't tried any of it yet, but I will soon. I've brewed a test batch with the stuff and it didn't bother me or my mom (both gluten free), although I still haven't decided how I feel about drinking it long term. But I do plan on checking this brewery out and talking to the guy about what tests he's done, etc...
