I don't hop my sours. At all. Never really saw the point, if it doesn't make the beer taste hoppily delicious and if it inhibits the lacto I'm trying to grow. I have wondered if the fruity aromatics of dry-hopping would go well with the sharp acidity.

Say no to intolerance: love gluten and lactose.
