Not in a good way. I used 4oz of US Saaz with a Kolsch yeast. Tastes super clean - like pure distilled grass clippings. I've been aging for three months and it still hasn't got much better.
Is this just recipe fail - too much low alpha hops as late additions? (3 oz 20 mins to knock out) Bad combo with the Kolsch yeast? Or can I blame it on the hops.
