Do you guys put an airlock on when you cold crash it?

Primary: Mosaic IPA
Secondary: Calypso Pale Ale
Keg 1: MT :(
Keg 2: Thunderdome Red

Nope, just crimp the foil around the lid good with your fingers once the starter is done and throw it in the fridge.
