Can you still harvest yeast if you perform a cold crash before kegging?

i should add, just try not to subject the yeast to rapid temperature changes; don't pour room temp water into the cold yeast cake, or fridge-cold water onto a room temp yeast cake. allowing it to raise to room temp on its own (by sitting there) is fine, and if you are collecting by dumping or swirling around the last bit of beer to break up the cake, no problem
