Hey all-

No idea where to post this but I bit the bullet and fried a turkey in my 10 gallon aluminum brew kettle today. I've scrubbed with a sponge and some dish soap pretty vigorously and am planning on re conditioning it with a 45 minute rolling boil. Any ideas if that will be sufficient to get it back in shape for brewing? Any other tips?

Just use lots of soap...I also used OxyClean on mine a long while back, just rinse it well and recondition it...that oil is a bee-otch to get out.
Something is always fermenting....
