Hello! I've been brewing for a year. My favorite beer so far has been Honey Kolsch. My second batch of Honey Kolsch is currently in the secondary fermenter and will get bottled tomorrow.
I've tried Irish Red, American Wheat, Honey Weizen, and Honey Kolsch. I;ve got several types that I want to try yet. I also am planning on trying a semi-sweet mead this winter.
