Well if they hadn't put the blow off tube in, it would be all over the tank, too and not just the floor

Was this in the San Antonio area? It looks a lot like a picture a local brewery posted not long ago, though I imagine it's not an uncommon sight in a brewery...

God that looks tasty...I'd be pretty tempted to get one of those floor squeegies and scoop that stuff up.
