Hi all...It's been some time since I've been on the forums mostly because I relocation and setting up but I brewed a Dubbel and used a 1500ml starter of WL Belgian Strong but my thermometer malfunctioned and I pitched a bit too cold (around 56F)...Any foreseen troubles with it taking off??? Thanks and I am glad to be back...

Yup. If I can store yeast at frige temps for months on end you can certainly store it in cool wort for a few days

I always pitch ale yeast in the mid to upper 50s.
