I save them for my buddy to store his "special" tobacco in.

I put a glass of tap water in the microwave for three minutes and then submerged the vial in the hot water for another three minutes. The label comes right off. Then take some goo gone right after that to get the last bits hanging on. Ten minutes max and I was doing other things most of that time.
