Default CO2 loss in 5lb question

So after checking all connection points for leaks etc. with soapy water solution found nothing.

Got everything to equilibrium (9psi). I shut the tank off and didn't touch anything else.
Checked back later and the primary gauge has dropped. But not the secondary gauge.
Where would the loss be coming from?

Checked

how long have your kegs been carbonating? co2 dissolves into the solution when beer carbonates, that could be why your gauge went down.

You're right. This one hasn't been carbonated fully yet. That's why.

Thanks!
