I was going to start prep. my equipment today and grabbed the C-Brite that I have used in the past, once I opened the container the smell of sulfur overwhelmed me... I have used this batch before and stored it in the same container (sealed and in the shade). Anyone know what I did wrong, the woman at the wine shop said she keeps hers in a 1 gal plastic container and constantly reuses it. Other friends do the same and have no issues. FYI new at posting I hope I have the right column here.
