Ah cool- that's great info for reference. I probably should just be ultra careful and take some readings to get an idea of how well these stickers are working in this new basement.
Somewhat related- I borrowed an infrared point-and-shoot thermometer from work to try some handling-free temperature gathering but it didn't like going through the carboy, unfortunately.
