Default Fermentation vessels

Im about to brew up a three gallon biab batch of a Breckenridge Christmas ale clone. I just upgraded from one gallon batches so I currently have three one gallon carboys. If i split my fermentation up into these three carboys do you think i will have any problems, is there any reason to consolidate fermentation in one vessel (besides convenience).

Shouldn't have any issues as long as you practice sanitation. If it was me I would pitch three different yeasts and see which one you like the most..

If you are going to go with 3 gallon batches you can get a 5 gallon food grade pail and ferment in that also. That way you'll have plenty of headspace for krausen. I'm not positive, but I think the 5 gallon pails at the big box stores are all food grade.
Something is always fermenting....
