I found some swival sets that has 5/32 barb connection. Does anyone know if this will seal correctly on the bev seal ultra 3/16th. .

I'm going to guess no, but I really have no idea. Most of us use 1/4" barbs, it's a royal pain to get the bev seal stretched over but it makes a great seal. I know it's only 1/32" smaller, but that tubing's so stiff that I wouldn't trust a clamp to prevent leaks.

I wouldn't even try. It's hard enough getting it on a 1/4" barb.

This is smaller. 1/32" smaller than the tubing ID itself.
