Don't worry, I'm not really going to do that. I think I'm probably going to use the Hallertau Mf for the Doppelbock and the Liberty for the Bock, just to compare those. Or maybe the other way around.
I can already tell that I'm going to be going totally crazy having my fermenters tied up and my brew schedule set. I've been working out a recipe for a Cascade-hopped American Brown as though I'm going to order the malts soon. But I think it's going to be April before I have a fermentor free for a spur-of-the-moment brew! (And don't suggest buying another, I am also out of places to stash fermenting things around the house.)
