I kegged two kegs of Imperial Stout three weeks ago.
One I carbed quickly by bouncing on a exercise ball at 30 psi.
The other keg just sat at serving pressure (12 PSI). That keg pours slow and flat.
I swapped taps and the problem is the keg.
I suspect the universal ball lock poppet on the liquid side... maybe the gas side?
What do I do, release the pressure and swap out the poppets?
Last brew: 1/22/17 Equinox Harvest Ale (1 pound of Equinox in a 5 gallon brew, including 4oz dry hop) 1.073OG Mashed at 158F (1.021 FG) = 6.9%ABV... taste a lot like Row 2/Hill 56 by Russian River Brewing Company (to me)
