Keg pours slow and flat
I kegged two kegs of Imperial Stout three weeks ago.
One I carbed quickly by bouncing on a exercise ball at 30 psi.
The other keg just sat at serving pressure (12 PSI). That keg pours slow and flat.
I swapped taps and the problem is the keg.
I suspect the universal ball lock poppet on the liquid side... maybe the gas side?
What do I do, release the pressure and swap out the poppets?
tap 1 - Belgian Pale Ale
tap 2 - Baltic Porter 8.5%
tap 3 - air
tap 4 (in the kitchen) - Carbonated water 40F @ 40psi
Fermenting: 12 gallons of Honey Belgian Blond Ale (T-58)
